    Stock colours of CS pages

Not sure if it has come up before, but is it possible to change the background & text colour of the pages on CS? Can you get "skins" maybe?

My eyesight isnt the best & I find it a bit tiring to read.

Not possible at the moment I believe.
Andy would need to add other "templates" to the options.

by templates to the options,.. do you mean like the user could select other skins via profile,.(choose other background/text combinations to the individuals taste and reading ease .) Hmmm if so,.. that would be noice.

I actually really like the greens used in the CS background,.. but the yellow text is a bit hard to read for me personally. But having said that,..its only the side bar links and its not like Im having to read them all the time,..besides...there wouldnt be many text colour options that would be easy to read on this background, and yellow is probably the best option after white/offwhite. Most other colours wouldnt work at all, like the reds, blues and green colour tones.

Yes thats what I meant (using the terminology of this board).

I see the "yellow" as orange.

Yep thanks.. and... I think there are a few different yellows/oranges used,... I could be wrong,.. but some text looks yellow and some in the posts themselves look more deeper yellow --> orange. Could be just the text type..or bold vs normal that makes it looks different I suppose.

I think there is a BIG difference depending on the type of screen used!

I used to have a 19inch CRT monitor..... and some things were hard to read..... but now with a brand new widescreen LCD..... everything is clear and bright.......

(Not suggesting you spend valuable coffee funds on a new screen..... but that could be part of the problem unfortunately.....)

I believe that originally the colours of the forum were chosen to accomodate some vision impaired people, Scooter.

Dont know if that is still the case.
