    things that excite a coffeesnob!

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
Well I took my girlfriend out to dinner last night at a pretty nice restaurant. I was earning many kudos. It was our 2 year anniversary, I had got her a present, sent flowers to her workplace and taking her out to dinner.

How to lose a small fraction of those earned kudos in front of the coffee skeptical gf...

As we were walking out of the restaurant, I looked over the bar and got excited, possibly slightly more animated than i had been during the course of what was truly a magnificent meal...

"ooh look, they have the same grinder here as I do!"

    Couldnt help myself....

Oh you meant that one ;)

I know a local bakery that has a 2 group and no grinder :o They do however have a qualitee screw top plastic jar they dispense coffee from :P One of the local petrol stations has a really nice 2 group Le San Marco and grinder, not sure if they know how to use it or if I am brave enough to try it.

Now I own a few toys of my own I have been paying more attention to what is behind the counter, whos making and how than just the end product.

an EM0480 would definitely look weird in there....

It does lead to the question, what grinder would you have in a 911 turbo? ;D
