    measuring acidity in espresso & milk base coffee

    Hi,

    I want to measure the level of pH in espresso and milk base coffee that I drink, any suggestion? thanks

    Assuming you need a pH value then a pH meter will probably be best. About $60 from Jaycar

    You might pick up a relatively cheap one that will be accurate enough. If you only need it for some once-off measurement, you could probably hire one. These would also be more accurate if they are calibrated properly.
