Use teh advanced search function to read 1001 post on how to store or NOT..

"just store them in the pantry" in a one way valve bag..

Green are good for approx 3 years
    Roasted for approx 3 weeks
    Ground for approx 3 min.

But if there going to be 4 or 5 weeks old by the time you finish the bag... STALE...

Get them fresh and get enough for a week or TWO at a time... Bulk buys of roasted beans for home use is silly...

A person who should know better... Gets 5 kg of roasted beans from teh supermarket when they are on special. He is teh only coffee drinker in his house... Guess why ;D

Beanbay, heaps of the site sponsors (left) inc Coffee Parts and most of your local roasters should be able to supply you with bags :)
