Roast sidama coffee
I am planning to roasting Ethiopian Limu coffee, do i need to roast it over the second crack? anybody have some experience in this coffee.
Not enough information to be honest. How do you intend to drink the coffee; espresso, filter, plunger, etc?
What hardware are you using to roast the coffee?
What sort(s) of flavours do you prefer in the end result?
Have you roasted coffee before or is the first time?
