I have not used a Behmor however they are very popular with the CS community.
I started out on a Gene Cafe, it was very easy to use and forgiving. Most of my roasts out of the Gene were better quality than what I could get from most cafes (excluding other specialty roasters).
I never roasted decaf in the Gene but you should have no problems there, if using the CS Decaf Wow then would start the cooling cycle in the last few degrees of FC (207-210ish) to land you on the profile you have described.
Regardless of the roaster option, enjoy the journey that is home roasting
