    5kg CraftMaster Drum Roaster

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi all,

I have just acquired a Coffee Pro Direct Craftmaster 5kg roaster.
I don't have a great deal of info on this machine, and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction in regards to function/manuals regarding these two pictures.

The bean temp readout works well, but there are some displays icons/functions which I really don't know what they do/are?

And the electrical type box seems to be connect to the Drum motor and Cyclone Motor/Air flow and then to the control switches (I think)

Its runs off 15Amp single phase, and LPG.

    Thanks for your time.....

I have no experience with roasters so I am out of my league really. I expect that any knowledge I have is similar to your fathomings.
1st pic is your pid temp control. I expect it's running the gas solenoid controlling gas flow. There is a manual available be googling the model number e5cz.. also you tube clips come up showing some functions.

2nd pic is a abb acs150 (or similar). It's a VFD AC motor speed controller. Pretty cool bit of kit there. Your actual unit will have its own model number to get the manual of its full features.
