Humblebee is the creation of Zach Huhn from Spring Espresso renown, he has created an appealing space to enjoy one's daily caffeine hit, the roastery/coffee lab is visible through the glass partition, the decor has hints of a Nordic/Seattle cafe style, great to have you back Zach--well worth a visit or two.....................~!!!!!

I do believe that is a Quest M3 used as a sampler.
There looks to be a La Marzzoco GS3 on one of the benches at the roastery too. Nice.

Will have to try and head over there and have a chin wag with Zach.

Can feel a WA Snobs get together beckoning, especially since Beanbay Pickup is no more..

Only problem is they're closed Sundays, so perhaps Saturday is the best option.

    Thanks for posting Trevor.

I have been away from Perth for nearly 3 years, I do miss my Mt Hawthorn jaunts for a coffee and or a quick pint at the Paddo. Nice to see there is some serious coffee starting to happen keep us informed sidewayss.

Coffee roasting porn - has anyone seen them fire up the roasters during their cafe hours? I'd love to see them in action.

Yeah if you go during the morning, I think on a Monday Zach (owner) is normally on the smaller roaster. Can't actually remember the day since I'm there multiple times a week anyway! Highly recommend the espresso.

As far as I know they only use the larger roaster for their Coogee blend, but they may have changed since I heard that.
